About Our Services
Who is APs Hub for?
We support psychology graduates at all stages of their journey toward becoming Clinical Psychologists — whether you're applying for Assistant Psychologist (AP) roles, preparing for the DClinPsy, or exploring your next step.
Are these clinical services or therapy?
No. All services are strictly non-clinical and focused on education and professional development.
Who delivers the services?
Our services are delivered by qualified and trainee Clinical Psychologists working independently as associates with APs Hub.
Bookings and Packages
Your plan includes access to all video content and live services (such as mentoring, mock interviews, and application reviews) for 6 months from the date of purchase.
We recommend booking your sessions earlier during your access period to ensure you secure your preferred time slots.
How do I use my session credits?
Some packages include multiple session credits (e.g. 1x CP Mentoring + 1x Mock Interview). You’re expected to use each credit as described. If you use both for the same service (e.g. 2x interviews), we may cancel or reassign incorrectly booked sessions. Please check your package details or ask us before booking.
How do I book a session?
After purchasing a product or package, you'll gain access to our Zoom-based booking system. You’ll receive email confirmations and reminders for all sessions.
Application Reviews
How do I submit my application for review?
After purchase, you’ll gain access to a secure Members Area where you can upload your application form for review. Detailed instructions will be provided on the relevant page once your plan is active.
When will I get feedback?
You’ll receive written feedback within 10 working days of submission.
Payment and Refunds
Do I pay when I book?
All services are prepaid through our online shop at the time of purchase. You’ll then be granted access to the relevant booking services.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available only if a session is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Refunds are not issued for no-shows or late cancellations, unless you provide documentation of a serious emergency.
What counts as an emergency?
Valid emergencies include:
