Uploaded Application Review Files
→ Retention Period: 30 days after written feedback is provided
These are files uploaded through our Application Review form. They are used solely for the purpose of delivering feedback and are securely deleted within 30 days of completion, unless an earlier deletion request is made.
Purchase Records
→ Retention Period: 6-7 years (to meet legal and accounting requirements)
Emails and Feedback
→ Retention Period: 36 months
We regularly review our retention periods to ensure they remain appropriate for our business needs and legal obligations.
