Structured Feedback for Competitive Applications

What Application Support Is

Application Support at APs Hub is structured, written feedback designed to help you improve how your experience is presented.

It is not ghost-writing. It is not rewriting your application for you.

It is professional, competency-focused feedback grounded in NHS recruitment expectations, Doctoral shortlisting criteria, and applied psychological thinking.

This support is suitable for:

  • Assistant Psychologist applications

  • DClinPsy applications

  • Other psychologically relevant roles aligned with the DClinPsy pathway

What Application Support Can Help With

Application Support may help you:

  • Align your responses with essential criteria

  • Strengthen reflective depth

  • Demonstrate applied psychological thinking

  • Clarify structure and coherence

  • Reduce repetition and vague language

  • Improve clarity and professional tone

  • Translate experience into competency-based evidence

The focus is on strengthening how you communicate your strengths — not manufacturing them.

Application Support Options

We currently offer two levels of support. With both options, written feedback is provided both as in-text comments on your application and as a separate structured summary document.
